We're a fast-growing team of engineers, designers, legal experts, and mobility enthusiasts. If you want your work to genuinely impact millions of UK drivers, you're in the right place.
We offer more than a salary. We offer meaningful work, a brilliant team, and a genuine stake in what we're building.
Market-leading base salaries and meaningful equity participation. We want everyone to benefit from Tripinsync's success.
Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We have a Canary Wharf hub for those who want it, but our team is distributed across the UK.
£2,000 annual L&D budget per person, conference attendance, and structured mentoring. We invest in your growth as much as you invest in ours.
Private healthcare, dental, mental health support via Spill, gym subsidy, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) to recharge properly.
Tripinsync's salary-sacrifice EV lease programme makes driving electric more affordable. Practice what we preach — every team member can access green transport benefits.
A genuinely diverse team where every voice matters. We actively recruit from underrepresented backgrounds and partner with Coding Black Females, Founders & Coders, and others.
We're growing fast. These are the roles we're hiring for today.
You'll build and ship core features across our web platform and API — from the PCN management engine to our AI integration layer. We work in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You'll own features end-to-end, from architecture to production.
What we're looking for: 4+ years full-stack experience, strong TypeScript skills, experience with RESTful APIs and modern React patterns, and a genuine interest in building products that solve real problems for real people.
This is a rare opportunity to apply cutting-edge NLP and LLM technology to a domain with genuine legal and financial stakes. You'll own our AI PCN appeal engine — improving accuracy, expanding jurisdiction coverage, and developing new AI-powered compliance features.
What we're looking for: Strong Python and ML engineering skills, experience with LLM fine-tuning or RAG architectures, and ideally some exposure to legal tech, document classification, or structured output generation.
Lead Tripinsync's commercial expansion. You'll own our B2B sales pipeline, develop strategic partnerships with fleet operators, insurance providers, and mobility platforms, and build the team and processes to scale revenue from £2M to £10M ARR.
What we're looking for: 5+ years B2B SaaS sales or partnerships experience, ideally in fleet, insurance, or mobility. A track record of closing enterprise deals and building lasting relationships. Strong commercial acumen and genuine enthusiasm for the UK mobility space.
