Our Journey

From frustration to platform

Every great product starts with a problem. Ours started with an unfair parking fine, a confusing appeals process, and the realisation that millions of UK drivers face the same struggle every day.

2020

The Idea Is Born

Founder Rajiv Nair receives an unjust PCN in central London. After spending 12 hours navigating the appeals process, he begins sketching out what a better system could look like.

2021

Beta Launch

First version of Tripinsync goes live to a closed beta with 200 users. The AI appeals tool achieves an 81% success rate in its first three months of operation.

2022

Corporate Expansion

Corporate and fleet modules launch. First major enterprise clients come on board, including logistics firms managing 100+ vehicle fleets. Seed funding secured.

2023

EV & Smart Parking

Integration with UK EV charging networks and smart parking data providers. Platform reaches 2,500 active users and is shortlisted for three UK tech awards.

2024

Legal Professional Portal

Lawyer account type launched, with specialised tools for motoring solicitors. Series A funding closes at £4.2M. Team grows to 35 people.

2025–2026

10,000+ Users & Growing

Tripinsync becomes the UK's leading travel compliance platform. 247+ features across 18 modules. Expanding into B2B insurance and mobility data partnerships.
